Jeanette Balkanli was born in Caracas, Venezuela. She speaks English and Spanish and has a bachelor degree in marketing. She was a  business owner for many years until she moved to Miami in 2003, and started working with a developer who taught her all about real estate and construction.

Being in an environment of luxury home sales and renovations, she discovered her truly passion in interior design and how to help people buy or sell their houses to live-in residents or investment opportunities.

With her expertise in construction and creative mind, customers are able to see the value in a property and what the house will look like, even if it’s still in construction, a land, or needs extensive renovation. 

Jeanette’s one stop business model assists her customers in every step of the way to buy, sell, and design their dream home. She works together with the most talented and prestigious Design Studio in Florida to help her clients’ needs.

Jeanette Balkanli enjoys travelling, painting, and art. She loves her home, reading a good book, and spending time with her friends, family, and dogs. She also serves and gives back to the community; she is one of the founders of “Latinas in Fort Lauderdale,” a networking group that supports women and entrepreneurs to grow their business, make connections, exchange knowledge, and empower themselves.
